Lifetime Achievement Award

Purpose: To recognize an individual who has over 20 years of experience in the profession or professional Society and has evidence of advancing, promoting, and improving the profession.

Award:

Plaque
Formal award presentation at special event at ASCLS-Michigan Annual Conference
Full registration to Annual Conference where award presentation will occur
Registration (including applicable meals) for up to two guests for the day of award presentation

Eligibility:

20 years in the profession or professional Society
Living at time of nomination
