A. Serve as a non-voting member on the ASCLS -MI Board of Directors. 1

B. Maintain, revise and distribute the ASCLS -MI Handbook.

C. Adhere to the Bylaws and General Operating Policies of this Society.

D. Submit a budget recommendation and financial statement when requested by ASCLS -MI Finance Chair.

E. Submit written reports for each ASCLS -MI Board Meeting and a comprehensive report for the Annual Membership Meeting.

F.  Attend all ASCLS -MI Board Meetings and ASCLS -MI Annual Membership Meeting.


1. Process revisions to the Handbook.

A. Periodically review Handbook to identify the need for revisions.

B. Incorporate changes as directed by the Board of Directors.

C. Note any Board or Membership meeting motions that affect provisions in the Handbook. 

2. Maintain a current copy of Handbook.

3. Distribution of current copy of Handbook

A. To board members at start of each fiscal year.

B. To Website Administrator following each major revision.

April/May Revise and duplicate Handbooks/revisions if indicated
