Purpose: To recognize outstanding service to the Constituent Society (ASCLS-Michigan) by members who donate their personal time and resources

• Badge Ribbon for name badge at Joint Annual Meeting (for those attending)
• Recognition during Awards Ceremony at ASCLS-Michigan Annual Conference

• ASCLS-Michigan Omicron Sigma Award Nomination Form (completed online)

Nomination Deadline: February 1

Recipient Selection: Chosen by current ASCLS-Michigan President
